Delivery
We aim to process and ship all orders within 5 business days. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

Returns
You have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at craig@craigwainwrightphotography.com. Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving the returned item.

We take great care in packing and shipping your order, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, we are happy to assist you.
How to Report a Damaged Item:

Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Return & Replacement Process:

Once we confirm the damage, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.

You may be required to return the damaged item; if so, we will provide a prepaid return label.
